Builders, HOA fees, lot sizes and incentives vary a lot from one community to the next. Knowing which builders have standing inventory, which phases are closing out and where price reductions are happening can make a real difference in what you pay.
Register your agent on your first visit
Many builders require your agent to be registered on your first visit to a community or sales office. If you tour first and bring an agent later, the builder may not allow representation for that home. Call us before you visit and we'll handle registration.

- What are the HOA dues, and is the community part of a special improvement district with its own assessments?
- Are solar panels included, and are they owned or leased?
- Which schools is the home zoned for?
- What's the lot size, and are there lot premiums for corner or view lots?
- What's the estimated completion date, and how firm is it?
- Which incentives apply to this specific home today?
